Hello - I am a 27 year old robotics software engineer looking for an apartment. I have high credit and a master's degree, high on-time payment percentage. No drugs and no alcohol, no parties because all my friends live in Oakland, no pets as well. I generally like to work on my computer, watch TV and ride my bike. My price target is $1212 per month for rent + additional for utilities or including utilities a total of $1337.
Requirements:
0. Located in Sunnyvale <-> Santa Clara area.
1. 1 bedroom and 1 bath or Studio - would prefer no roommates
2. Garage for my car and if possible space for my bike
3. Relatively quiet location (hypersensitive hearing)
4. Decent internet bandwidth (streaming Netflix, etc.) and low latency
5. No shady contracts, I'll read the whole thing and all the footnotes too
I hope to save money because I do not need a kitchen - I hate cooking (and food/eating in general). I'm not opposed to having a kitchen, but if you're having trouble renting that no kitchen apartment - here's your chance.
