I have been working at Stanford for a little over a year and I'm looking for new housing beginning January 2020 as my lease is ending. I'm ideally looking for a one bedroom apartment, but a studio or a private room and bath could also work. Either close to campus, or along/near the El Camino as we don't drive.
I live with my SO, who is an astrophysics major and one indoor cat. We are very quiet and usually keep to ourselves, usually watching Netflix/on our computers when we're home.
I am looking for long term housing and can afford up to $2500 including utilities.
