Proche is seeking campus ambassadors at Stanford to promote adoption/engagement of its mobile app.
Ideal candidates are event/activity organizers, board members of student organizations/societies, residential associates, community associates, or socially active individuals. Both undergrad and graduate students can be considered. Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Background info: Proche is the state-of-the-art location-based chatting app, it allows users announce/communicate/socialize with people currently close by (up to 1.25 miles) without knowing any contact info. Chat room creator can define the geographic coverage range of the chat room with accuracy around 10 yards. The app dynamically manages visibility of every chat room to every user to ensure only users who are currently in-range can see and participate the group chat. All these is achieved with super low power consumption. It's ideal for scenarios where communication is intended to be public to all users currently within a particular geographic area, e.g. an event venue, a residential area, a class room, a building or the entire campus.
