Looking for room! Currently staying with family. would like to move out, and can at any time, but to the right place for me.

*Private bath
*Unfurnished
*Carpet in the bedroom
*Large enough - I have bedroom furniture in storage. 11x11 is approximately the minimum dimensions that I can fit it all in.
*Plenty of closet space
*I’ll need space in the kitchen for dishes and appliances
*Dishwasher
*In-unit laundry
*Somewhere safe to park. Street is fine!
*Peninsula, San Mateo to Sunnyvale is my general range.. but open to the Cupertino area as well, as I may end up commuting once a week to Los Gatos.
*During the week conducive to an early schedule.
*Occasional overnight guest ok
nice to have:
*$1,500 a month for all included (rent, utilities, Internet, parking, etc)
*On CalTrain would be great
