I am a new Chinese American male bioengineering postdoc in Stanford looking for housing starting in March. I would like housing close to the Stanford campus to possibly walk or bike to work. I am very quiet and neat. My price range is negotiable but I am looking for housing with good temperature control (~68-74F tolerable) and good internet access. I've never hosted any parties and do not plan on inviting people overnight, but this is mainly due to my introversion as my friends tell me I am quite friendly.
