I am looking for long term accommodation close to Stanford starting March 1st for at least a year. My budget is around 1100-1400 per month and more for utilities.
I am a 30y male, loves biking and reading. Mostly I like to keep it to myself and do not plan to host parties or any social gatherings. I would be the only one occupying the place, but my girlfriend might visit from Chicago sometime.
