I am a current graduate student at Stanford. My partner (Stanford grad) and I are looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment in the area of Menlo Park/Palo Alto/Portola Valley (~ reasonable commute by bike + shuttle to SLAC, where I work).
- No pets, no smoking, just 1 car, we are quiet and friendly.
- Willing to sign a long term contract.
- We would prefer to begin our lease in early summer (June/July) but have some flexibility.
