Hello! My friend and I are two Stanford undergraduates looking for a furnished two bed, one bath rental for the school year (Sept to June, but are flexible to extend the lease to one year). We are looking for housing ideally near Palo Alto, but we are open to any places within the vicinity of Redwood City, Sunnyvale, San Jose, etc. Our budget is up to $3000/month including utilities and amenities such as laundry, wifi, electricity, and kitchen appliances.
