I would like to sell my 2012 Honda Odyssey EX minivan (4th generation), 123K miles, clean title, clean car, all records, fully serviced.

I am the second owner, and I bought at 70K miles. Seling it due to paying of my loan and switching to smaller SUV.

The odyssey is EX, non L (non leather) model,
5 speed AT, the updated version of transmission from 2011, much more reliable, better on gas.

Alloy wheels,
automatic doors
grey cloth seats (very practical),
power steering, tilt wheel,
good stereo, Bluetooth,
does not have a backup camera, but you can have installed.

Maintenance:
From 70K I had no major repairs, have all the maintenance records
I just had: full timing belt service at the dealer ($1300 at the dealer).
new OEM sparkplugs ($150)
new battery ($150)
new front rotors ($150), all new pads around
new rear tires, front at 50% ($400), matched pair, long-distance 70K tires with low noise.
lifetime free alignment at wheelworks for this car ($150 value) Just done alignment + rotation (all mechanical are in green)
power steering flush, brake fluid flush ($200 value)
air filter, cabin filter

mobil 1 synthetic every 5K + Honda OEM AFT drain and refill every 10 K (clean pink color).

I did 90% driving, wife 10% but there are scratches on the back bumper from parking
It has one ding (left rear wheel well) from shopping card (touch up paint applied)

Available to see near Stanford or Saratoga any time by appointment.

Clean title in my name, registration till Feb 2021, 2 keys in my hand.
The car is full upt o maintenance with no expenses spared, fully cleaned, carpets shampooed.
Asking a very reasonable 11500.
please do not message this poster about other commercial services
