My name is Leonardo Leal and I am a Stanford alumnus from the class of 2015. We are looking for two tenants to live in our MV casita. Our ideal start date would be September 14th, but we can make additional accommodations if needed. We call professional staff to cleanse and disinfect the place before your move-in date. --private backyard with an orange tree, tomato plants, zucchinis, plants, and a few chairs
Room #1 (large, bright and cozy bedroom with a private bath) - $1600/mo
Room #2 (medium-sized by the entrance) - $1300/mo
NOTE: We have an additional middle room that we might rent out if you would like to move as a larger group
