I am looking for a female roommate to apply to a 2bed/1bath in Sunnyvale with me for a move in date of around the beginning of October. Rent is $1175/month, and the lease is monthly. There is one reserved parking spot, but there is plenty of parking across the street. It is a 3 min walk from Lucky and a 5 min drive from Sprouts, Trader Joes, and Safeway. It's also right off the 101 and 237. No pets are allowed, and someone who is clean, respectful, and takes social distancing/quarantine seriously is required. If this application falls through, I'd be down to search for other 2 bedroom apartments in Sunnyvale together.
