7’ couch pulls out to queen size bed. Couch cushions are comfortable and springy. All cushion covers zip off for cleaning. Also have a small amount of new couch fabric. Couch is structurally and comfort-wise as good as the day I bought it. Bed has been used only a few times and is clean. Mechanism for pulling out and putting back works perfectly. Cats in household so arms are clawed and fabric has one or two stains. I use a slip-cover over couch which I can include. Heavy: need help to get it out of front door and down 3 steps.
