Aspired creates a new market for social entrepreneurs worldwide and taps into the $1.2 trillion market opportunity that exists for global brands looking to demonstrate social responsibility.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As the Founding Technical Leader, you will outline the company's technological vision, implement technology strategies, and ensure that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs. Since our founding in April 2020, we have launched a minimum viable product, onboarded 11 nonprofit partners, and completed more than 80% of our product development. In addition to familiarizing yourself with our current code base and structure, you will:
- Lead Aspired’s infrastructure, information security, and engineering for payment, trust, and community support
- Develop the technical aspects of our company's strategy and resolve technical issues as needed
- Work closely with a small tech team of 4-5 engineers
- Create a timeline for development and deployment of technology services
- Clearly communicate project requirements and make sure they are being met accordingly
ABOUT YOU
- Have full-stack technical knowledge and experience in Flutter, Firebase, React Native
- Enjoy creating intuitive user experiences from abstract problems
- Are extremely efficient with your time, can commit full time or at a minimum 20 hours per week to be considered
