Job Description:
• Responsible for leasing, maximizing the occupancy rate and rental in our co-working space.
• Monitors rental and other charges collection and minimizes the arrears;
• Responsible for daily operation and management and maintains good relationship with tenants • Improves quality of tenant mix;
• Assisting manager to develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies to achieve leasing target
• Build up relationships with local governments, media and enterprises for further cooperation and marketing promotion
• Marketing and branding
• Report directly to the Headquarter regularly
• Others
Job Requirements:
• Around one year work experience
• Presentable and professional, and with good customer’s services skill
• Initiative, outgoing with good negotiation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong team spirit to achieve a common goal
• Pre-established relationships within the industry in bay area is preferred • Eligible to work in the US
