Pair Team is building the next-gen operations platform and tech-enabled care team to support clinics with underserved patients. Backed by YC, Kleiner Perkins, and members of the PayPal mafia, we are looking to building our founding engineering team to improve access and quality of healthcare for millions of Medicaid patients.
The problem lies in access and lack of capabilities at overwhelmed Medicaid clinics. Physicians are burning out with more than 50 encounters per day and less than 7 minutes per visit. They have four times as many patients with less than half of the support staff as compared to more urban clinics, and still use sticky notes to track care. It’s no surprise that care quality is worse with systemic health inequity. We wrap a clinic with our tech-enabled care teams and clinical support tools to engage patients to address unmet care needs, while automating operations for the clinics using ML and RPA technology. Patent's get increased access to our attentive care team and doctor's avoid burnout in medically underserved communities.
