Hi,
I have recently graduated with my PhD, and now working at a tech startup as a software developer. I am hoping to move to an apartment with an equipped gym and parking. Location wise I am flexible. Anywhere from San Mateo to Palo Alto works. The apartments that I am looking at have price range of $3500-4500 for a 2b/2b. Looking for a potential housemate to sign a lease with.
About me: Male, 30 and easy going. Cool points if you have a cute dog, but I'm allergic to cats. All through my PhD I was living with the same roommate at a 2b/2b apartment which has a gym. I became used to late night work outs that I cannot give up now :D . My old roommate, like pretty much all of my friends have either moved in with their spouses or left Cali so I am looking for a new cool housemate. I'm a non-smoker, I drink socially and I work a lot. Ideally, the housemate situation would be a balance between hanging out, inviting friends and respecting personal time.
Please let me know if interested to chat
