In need of a small place to retreat to after a long day at work. A home in a parklike setting is also considered. my budget is 2500 for a small 1 bedroom cottage. I would like a place within 20-30 minutes from Stanford, such is in the woodside or other surrounding, quieter areas.

I don't have one now, but I will definitely need a dog in the woods living alone. (pet friendly, please)

a couple of raised beds is a huge plus!
