I'll be teaching in the Comparative Literature department as a postdoctoral fellow next year. I'm looking for a 1BR apartment from September through June, though my move-in and move-out dates are flexible. My wife, an attorney in DC, will be living with me and working remotely for most of the academic year.

We would prefer to live on or near campus. But we'll also be bringing our car, so a short commute is possible.

We are very clean and responsible. Ages 32 and 30. No pets. We are regular runners and keep tight weekly schedules.
