I am joining the Department of Biology as a postdoctoral fellow for a 3-year position in the upcoming academic year. I'm looking for a 1BR apartment starting August 1 for me and my partner within easy commuting distance from campus. We are looking for a quiet place to live where he can remotely finish his PhD from home, while I work on campus.
We are in our early 30s and are clean, responsible tenants with no pets. Our budget is $2000-3000/month and we're not interested in studios.
As we're traveling from the Northeast US, we would need to virtually tour any apartments. (But we also have colleagues in the area that can check out places of particular interest.)
