The Product Manager will be client-facing with major healthcare customers in a hands-on role and must be capable of executing with minimal direct supervision. The Product Manager will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations and Customer Success stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, and prioritize new capabilities that deliver results.
Responsibilities
1. Understand user requirements and define workflows:
- Be the voice of our users. Thoroughly understand their needs, including conducting user research and usability testing in conjunction with designers and customer success lead
2. Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define and validate our project strategy
- Define product strategy and ensure it aligns with company’s desired business objectives
3. Help define the product roadmap and coordinate and manage design & engineering teams to deliver on time and within budget:
- Develop and communicate detailed product requirements as well as a coherent backlog. Work with designers and engineers to ensure successful envisioning and delivery of new features and functionality
- Prioritize features and functionality in line with company goals and user needs.
- Drive test case development and product testing
- Coordinate QA efforts on testing new features
- Prioritize and escalate critical QA issues
- Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmap to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
4. Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
- Track, analyze and optimize KPIs
5. Help identify and drive process improvements for the Product team
- Work cross-functionally across the company to identify and lead initiatives and drive process improvements
Requirements…
- 3+ years of product management and related experience
- Evidence that you share and will build upon WellBeam’s values
- Strong familiarity with product management software tools, agile methodologies and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Ability to listen well but also effectively convey one’s point of view, both in writing and orally; strong presentation skills
- A strong curiosity and passion to learn more about our users, market, product, the competitive landscape, and much more
- Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize on complex projects
- Ability to think strategically and analytically while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Ability to work well on a highly collaborative and cross-functional team, with senior leadership, and with external customers and partners
- An innate sense of accountability, attention to detail, and an execution-oriented mindset
