Just graduated in June and currently wfh in tech. Looking for a chill roommate to share an apartment/house in SF with. I've done some research and toured about 7 places in Mission, Castro, Soma and got info to share. Prefer a 2 ba place but would consider 1 ba if the place/deal is nice.

Budget: $2000ish per month per person
Move-in: by 8/15/2021
My lifestyle: night owl (but very quiet), non-smoker, no pets
