Learnika Learning Center is dedicated to helping students K-12 achieve their academic goals. We are located in Palo Alto near the Stanford campus and have been providing after-school care for local elementary students and tutoring services to private and small groups on Spanish, English, Math, coding, robotics, Science, SAT Prep, and other test prep classes.
We are urgently looking for:
- Spanish tutors, after-school teachers.
Requirements:
- Energetic & dedicated personality
- Prior experience teaching or working with children will be helpful.
- Must be able to commit to teaching the after-school program for the duration of the 2021 - 2022 school year.
- Have a presence in their classroom and can effectively lead a group of up to 12 students.
- Demonstrated the ability to establish effective relationships with parents and children.
We are always looking for tutors/teachers on the following subjects:
- Spanish, Mandarin, French, Math, and coding tutors.
Requirements:
- College degree.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a classroom setting.
- Must have a work visa
- Pass a background check
