Hi, my wife and I are looking to lease or sublease a furnished place from now until at least January. We ideally would like to remain within ~20 minutes of campus.

Must be pet-friendly (we have a small dog) and have washer/dryer in-unit. Not looking for any shared houses, it has to be its own unit.

We are respectful tenants and always treat the places we've lived in as if they were our own. Happy to provide more details about ourselves to potential landlords if necessary. Willing to go up to $4k/month but can go a little bit higher for the right place.
