Hey there Future Cool Roommate,
I am a 29 yo male who recently graduated from Stanford with a PhD, currently working on my own startup, and living in a 4 bedroom house in Menlo Park. I only need 1 bedroom, so it's a little too big for me lol and I'd love to have cool roommates who are equally fun, ambitious and in a similar place in life like myself. The house is fully furnished, like all 4 bedrooms have beds, side lamps, etc. ... Even the living room has all new furniture :)
There is only 1 bathroom, but I have never had any issues with sharing a bathroom with others during the several years that I was living on campus. I am super chill, down-to-earth and hope that you'd be the same.
The kitchen is fully stocked, but I do not ever plan to use it. I am sticking to my Trifecta for the foreseeable future :) ... I work 20 hours days at my little startup office in Atherton, and every weekend I try to escape to a different city planning never to return lol.
The room is ideal for fellow Stanford students!

1) Minimum 9 months lease, 1 year is preferred though
2) Rent $1500 per month per room
3) Security deposit $1500 per room
4) Utilities shared equally (landlord has provided gardener, we are only responsible for Water, Electricity and Garbage)
5) Whole house is furnished, including your bedroom, but we have a huge backyard, so there is plenty of storage space. The garage also has a lot of storage space
6) Brand new washer dryer in the garage
7) Available now
8) Conveniently situated close to 101 (Willow Rd exit), SFO airport, SJC airport, Facebook, Google, Stanford, etc.
9) Landlord has a strict no-pet, no-smoking policy, sorry about that :(
