I am a physics PhD student at Stanford who enjoys tutoring math and physics. I offer an approach to teaching which focuses on building a deeper, longer lasting understanding of the material, as opposed to memorization of formulas that will be forgotten as soon as the class is over. This approach is much easier for students because it prevents unnecessary frustration and confusion, and ultimately is the best way to get an A. I have successfully tutored classes using this method ranging from the middle-school to college level, and I offer free first lessons. If you would like to reach out to learn more or to see my resume, feel free to contact me by email at ams01@stanford.edu, or by phone at 540-718-9286.
