Director of Engineering:
RPA Labs is looking for a Director of Engineering to join our technology team and help build the premiere automation platform for Logistics. We’re seeking a collaborative partner who will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our product, engineering architecture, and culture.
This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who’s passionate about building innovative software and growing highly productive technical teams. As the Director of Engineering you will:
• Set technical direction for the company, drive evolution of the systems architecture, and make appropriate technology choices.
• Manage and mentor the growing team, continuously building a culture of creativity, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Take a hands-on approach to the entire software development lifecycle: write code and push it to production, perform day-to-day project management, and set strategic goals for the team.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders through the product development process to plan, build, and launch new product components.
• Define and measure success to feed future data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile software development (e.g. scrum, Kanban, continuous delivery)
• Experience building scalable systems on AWS, GCP or Azure
• Establish and maintain development standards for coding, unit testing, QA and production monitoring
