Regional Partnerships & Implementation Associate
Locations: San Francisco Bay Area, Detroit, Cleveland, Houston and Dallas

We work with partners around the world to create these environments: in schools, live shows, courtrooms, and countless other places.
We are seeking a motivated, engaged, and creative Regional Partnerships & Implementation Associate. As a Regional Partnerships & Implementation Associate you will support the regional Partnerships Lead and/or Manager with managing sales, implementations, account management, customer success and marketing. You will work alongside our relationship oriented and highly motivated Partnerships team.
The ideal candidate will embody Yondr’s mission to live in the real world and not behind a screen. You are driven to grow the company’s partnerships and sales; and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients in your region.
Responsibilities:
• Support the local Partnerships Lead and Manager in growing Yondr spaces by building and sustaining strong partner relationships, fielding questions, and troubleshooting ongoing challenges
• Provide on-site training and customer support during implementation
• Manage school and partner program services - presentations, training, inventory tracking, student work program, etc.
• Assist with Sales Operations and Systems. Help improve the Company’s internal operations and related tasks, including building smoother processes and improving organization
• Proactively take on cross-functional and ad-hoc projects to help the Company
• Travel regionally and nationally to help support the Yondr implementations at partner sites
Experience:
• Relationship-driven approach to sales
• Entrepreneurial, organized, trustworthy, and highly autonomous
• Comfortable working remotely and traveling
• Motivated to work in a startup environment (i.e. dealing with change and ambiguity)
• Background in schools, corporate security, courts, or the medical field is a plus
• Communicates best in-person
• Pragmatic with a bit of whimsy
• Lover of live music and the outdoors
