EquityBee is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our US-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically skilled individual who wants to be an early and impactful member of a product data team. This role will be a key player in impacting the company data ETL processes, from development, to delivery via BI tools. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with all the departments in the company, including marketing, product and customer relations.
About the role…
• Create Models for predictive analytics and derive meaningful insight from a large variety of data sources.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer relations teams to define metrics, create queries, and provide data reports.
• Create statistical models that directly impact the product such as prediction of activation and value of users.
• Develop the BI platform and integrate data from multiple sources.
About you...
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Scientist role
• BA required; ideally in statistics, economics, computers science, or other analytical studies
• Ability to simply explain complex mathematical/statistical concepts
• Strongly skilled in SQL; Javascript is an advantage
• Experience with Looker or similar data visualisation tools
• Experience with ETL pipelines / data engineering
• Highly skilled in writing code
• Self-motivated and an independent learner
• Excellent communication and people skills; ability to work and interact with all levels of the organization.
