About the Role
We’re a fast-growing construction SaaS startup looking for a sales leader to help us scale. The ideal candidate would have significant leadership experience within growth-stage startups preferably with one or more proven scaling track records. The Head of Sales will start and grow the team and strategy, truly having ownership of the evolution of the enterprise GTM. This person is highly collaborative with a growth mindset; a self-starter who seeks to find solutions to problems and can clearly communicate with all levels of the organization from the board members to the end users.

-Collaborate with the CEO and the Executive Leadership team to create an Enterprise Sales & Revenue Strategy (backed by all other functions)
-Build a predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales process and execution towards results
-Collaborate with product management on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
-Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments and user personas and effectively position and communicate how and why product features and functionality address and overcome those market problems for our customers.
-Lead the creation and maintenance of value proposition materials, such as product demonstration scripts, customer facing product presentations and content for marketing collateral.
-Devise product go-to-market process, plan time-lines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotions
-Undertake constant competitor analysis and develop a detailed knowledge of the markets’ actual needs
Qualifications
-Experience taking business from early stage to growth stage in rapidly changing environment
-Understands SaaS GTM as well as sales - capable of creating playbooks, customer success etc
-Broad understanding of all go-to-market functions, sales strategies and how they work together to maximize growth
-Possess an analytical mindset which applies product insights and market data & feedback to create sophisticated GTM strategies and marketing propositions.
-Ability to set a clear vision and execute on a strategy as well as roll up your sleeves to get into the details
-Experience selling SaaS products of ACV ~100K+ into construction or related industries
-Enterprise Product relevance: Collaboration, cloud selling into or related
-Managed and sold, saw HUGE growth and success
5+ years of experience leading a GTM team
