Growing SaaS software company in Los Gatos needs an experienced accounting manager to successfully manage all accounting functions in a small company environment and collaboratively interacting with all levels of management is key as you handle diverse problems and issues with limited resources. You will manage daily accounting operations, establish and implement proper accounting methods and policies, analyze accounting data and produce timely reports. You will also be responsible for order entry, A/R and collections, A/P and payments, sales commissions, general ledger functions, month end and year closings, cash receipts, payroll, check runs, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of records and files. Prior experience with GAAP, QuickBooks, Paychex and advanced Excel skills in addition to excellent oral and written communication skills is essential
