I am a research fellow (male, early 20s) at Stanford, and am looking for a room in January, preferably a long lease (6-12 months with the option to extend). I would prefer to remain in Palo Alto. I'm also open to sharing with a roommate in a 2B2B or 2B1B (or even a larger place) .
My budget is $1000-$1300 and a walking/biking distance from the University. If not Palo Alto, then walking distance to a CalTrain station is preferred.
