Event Coordinator / Associate Marketer

The focus of this position is to raise awareness of our company and product through events and digital marketing.

Event coordination is needed for events both small and large. From organizing small, but highly engaging group webinars to leading the organization and management of our participation in global tradeshows. You will report to and work closely with the Vice President of Global Marketing along with teaming up with the sales organizations to support shows, events, and campaigns.

You will use your marketing skills to keep us current on social media along with executing and managing our various digital activities which increase customer awareness and leads for sales.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all tradeshows both global and local (no global travel required)
• Execute marketing campaigns alongside VP of Marketing and designers
• Provides coordination and project management to ensure event success.
• Publicizes events and works with sales to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by a targeted audience.

Skills and Knowledge:
• 1-2 years experience in event coordination or planning corporate sales/marketing events
• Training in marketing or sales preferred
• Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields desired
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment

Qualifications & Job Requirements
• Ability to get along with a broad customer base.
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Prior experience and/or training in promotional activities.
