This position is responsible for managing our e-commerce platform and partnership with online marketplaces, implementing and optimizing our digital marketing activities to maximize sales. It reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and coordinates projects cross-functionally.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Maintain the brand website, the various service providers (plug-ins, payment gateways etc) to ensure that the online commercial operations work seamlessly
• Implement the digital marketing initiatives in collaboration with brand marketing to deploy brand messaging and promotions.
• Create and manage a reporting dashboard and digital calendar.
• Optimize the brand site performance to maximize sales and recommend/test new digital tools.
• Supports the integration with other platforms and the development of new products.
• Coordinates key tasks related to operations and the distribution center.
