Foodie.earth is a website that discovers trendy restaurants and offers free deliveries of their menus to Bay Area foodies. It was launched in early 2021 and went viral in the cities of Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara.
We're looking for a social media manager to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and manage our social media profiles and presence, such as Instagram, Twitter, Nextdoor, TikTok, etc.
• Work alongside professional photographers and UX designers to create organic content as well as ads to boost our brand and drive direct responses (sign-ups and orders).
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers as well as from brand new audiences.
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
• Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
• Distribute marketing materials and organize marketing events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Active and well-rounded personal presence on at least one social media network, with a command of the network’s best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
