• We are a small but mighty team working remotely mostly around San Francisco, CA. We have team members in New York, Cluj (Romania) and Clark (Philippines).

Responsibilities & Requirements
• This role will “own” the complete credit counseling / debt management product on Resolve from user segmentation through revenue.
• You’ll be responsible for structuring the user journey through the debt management experience as well as evaluating and testing various monetization models.
• You will work closely with our internal team (marketing, operations, customer support) as well as integrated external service partners (credit counseling agencies).
• Your primary goal is to identify the correct people for debt management and drive ethical monetization.
• The ideal person has a diverse entrepreneurial background ranging from marketing, project management, product development, and business development and can own the full life cycle.
• You have a passion for helping people who are underserved and in financial distress.
• Previous consumer finance experience is a big plus, but not required.
• The ideal person is eager to transform human-based processes and decisions into software.
• A deep understanding of online consumer behavior and motivation is a must.
• This is an individual contributor role.
