Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly balance sheet recompilations to ensure accurate reporting
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly detailed P&L packages by reviewing trends for reasonableness and work with the operator of the respective facility
• Ensuring month end, quarter end and year end deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy
• Monitoring of applicable SOX controls to ensure completeness
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, relevant experience will be considered
• Accounting knowledge with a strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish strong relationships with team members and field partners
• Strong Excel skills preferred (i.e. VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc.)
• Highly analytical and able to efficiently problem solve
• Ability to work efficiently, effectively, in both a team environment and
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong focus on customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
