My partner and I are looking for a 1BR somewhere in the area, hoping to move sometime this summer (can be flexible with dates). I'm a grad student and he works in consulting in the area - we're both quiet and easy going people and imagine we'd be respectful neighbors. We'd love to inherit a place from someone who is graduating or moving, and would strongly consider buying furniture off of you. We're looking for a place to stay for several years, so a strong landlord recommendation is a big plus :)
