We are looking for a new female tenant for the upstairs private bedroom w/ shared bathroom in our two-story, 1750 sq ft, 3BR house in Menlo Park! New tenant to sign a 13-month lease (April 1 2020 - May 1, 2021).

-- near Safeway and Dutch Goose, less than 10-min drive to downtown Menlo Park Trader Joes
-- residential area, free street parking for up to 3 cars in front
-- open plan kitchen/dining with island
-- kitchen equipment (pots, pans, cutting board, knives, cutlery), microwave already in house
-- separate front living room, garden in back
-- washer and dryer in house
-- landlord lives nearby, is super responsive
Room:
--April 1, 2020 move-in date
-- second-floor large private bedroom, hardwood floors
--full bathroom downstairs w/ shower, shared with one other tenant
-- $1,270/month rent, lease signed directly with landlord
--Security deposit one month rent ($1270) paid directly to landlord. Repaid upon move-out.
-- $800 One-time furniture pass down fee. Bedroom furniture include full size bed and mattress, night stand, large desk, standing closet rack, large dresser, book case. Fee includes communal kitchen and living room furniture. Paid directly to current tenant before April 1. Most tenants choose to pass down the furniture upon move-out to recover fee.
