Brad Zuchero’s neuroscience laboratory is looking to hire a lab assistant to help keep our lab running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and autoclaving glassware
- Taking inventory and restocking lab supplies
- Maintaining water baths and incubators
Qualifications: Must be organized and detail-oriented. Previous experience not required.
Time commitment: a 4 hour block every other week, with the potential to add hours. We strongly prefer to find someone who will be on campus and can continue working over the summer.
Pay: $16.50/hr
For anyone interested in neuroscience or biomedical research, this can be a great way to get your foot in the door for future opportunities! To apply, please email bzuchero@stanford.edu with the subject line “Zuchero Lab Assistant Application”, your resume, and whether or not you are eligible for work-study (eligibility is not required, but helpful for us to know). We look forward to hearing from you!
