- Open to an apartment, in-law suite, guest house, etc.
- If we are a part of a larger house, a private entrance would be preferred.
- 1 bed, 1 bath
- No Roommates
- Kitchen with a stove
- In-unit / communal washer / dryer, prefer in-unit
- AC and Heater would be nice but are not required.
