I am Ahmad, a medical graduate and researcher, who will start a research year at Stanford this summer.

I am looking for housing. Ideally, I prefer to rent/sublease a single occupancy place, but according to the cost of the Bay Area and my budget, I'm fine with furnished rooms, home sharing options or even host families/homestays. My move-in date is early July, but the date is flexible.

I'm in my late 20s, and a clean, considerate, reliable, and communicative person. I don't have pets, and don't smoke or do drugs. Since it is my first time moving to the Bay Area, and I am very much new there, any help would be greatly appreciated.
