Hello, all! I am a resident doctor moving from Chicago to the Bay in mid-June 2022 for fellowship at Stanford.

I am looking for a 1B/1B house or apartment with the following amenities:
- In-unit washer/dryer (!)
- Updated appliances in kitchen
- Parking (lot is fine)
- Walking distance to downtown or at least *some* restaurants
- Rent less than $2,600/month

I'm open to properties in Palo Alto, Redwood City, Menlo Park, and Mountain View - interested in biking to work most days :)

I am clean, quiet, respectful, and have lots of references! I currently have no pets but anticipate getting a hypoallergenic cat once established at work.
