Hello, I am an incoming anesthesia resident physician who will be starting fellowship at Stanford Hospital at the end of June.

Wanted:
- 1B/1B apartment/home, ideally fully furnished but OK if not
- 12 month lease
- Within walking distance or short bike ride to main hospital (Menlo Park or Palo Alto would be best)
- In unit washer/dryer
- Budget: Less than $4000

Non-smoker, no pets. Happy to provide rental references etc
