Hi!

I'm a visiting fellow at Stanford, and my husband and I are looking for a studio/1/2BR apartment in the Bay, for move-in ideally in early Sept (flexible). I'd be keen to take over someone's lease, buy their furniture, etc. My budget is about 2k+ a month. I know this is early to be looking, but please let me know if any of you are starting to think about finding someone to take over!
