Hi, I am a single graduate student looking to move into a studio or a 1 BD housing in the area (less than a 20-minute drive to campus) starting sometime in the summer or at the beginning of the Fall quarter. I have seen that there are many In-law units, backyard studios, and attached housing units in the area that are of interest to me. I am looking to sign a full-year lease and plan on staying in the unit (if you desire) for as long as you can rent it out as I have at least another 5 years left in my Ph.D. My price range is less than $1950 with utilities included. It would be nice to have some sort of kitchen included in the unit, a washer/dryer, and parking (street parking is fine).
