Responsibilities
In this highly visible role, you will own the front-end customer experience for our B2B and B2C websites. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will:
• Create a vision for the front-end user experience across all websites with the goal of driving customers and clients to open an account.
• Partner with technology and product owners to align overall experience look and feel. Ensure a common use of language, assets, and design between the two experiences.
• Develop wire-frames, test and present proposed wire-frames for discussion and internal alignment with business leads and product owners.
• Write UI content to guide the user through their experience on the site and application.
• Conceive and partner with technology to build tools and calculators to improve the overall user experience and conversation rates.
• Develop business requirements documentation and manage project scope.
• Partner with UI designers to create high-fidelity designs and assets.
• Own our CMS solution, and all edit and new website content.
• Oversee SEO performance and ensure that all new builds and content best position the pages and sites for organic ranking.
• Identify website issues and bugs, assist in diagnosis and coordinate quick resolutions in a cross-functional environment, ultimately owning the process, resolution, and communication to stakeholders.
• Performs quality assurance testing and supports development managers to make sure all issues are prioritized and addressed.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager or user experience manager.
• Experience with CMS platforms. A plus if you’ve used Craft.
• Experience with web analytics suites and user testing platforms.
• Experience with managing organic search performance.
• 2+ years working with google analytics and/or other analytics and reporting platforms, with the ability to generate meaningful reports that are used to drive enhancements.
• Visionary leader who seeks out new & innovative ideas & trends.
• Strong individual contributor, who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
• Excellent communicator, both visually & verbally.
• Team-player and self-starter with a bias for action; can make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
