-move-in date is flexible anytime between now and the end of august
-ideal location is within 20min drive to stanford campus
-would like my own bathroom if possible
-dishwasher is a must, laundry in-unit is a bonus
-down for anything below $2500/month per person

about me:
-25yo male
-have a costco membership
-have a suv
-usually out for work 9am-8pm on weekdays
-out on the weekend about 50% of the time
-sleeps at around midnight, wakes up at around 8am
-pretty social and outgoing. will occasionally bring 1-2 guests back
-clean, organized living space is a must. well decorated is preferred
-love cooking (i take great pride in my steaks and chinese food)
