I Highly recommend my current nanny: Diana. She was working in a daycare before, so she is a professional in child care. After the pandemic, she is working as a nanny.  
For taking care of my baby, I appreciate her playing skills.  She is creative, for example, putting balls together to mimic and teach my baby about the solar system. In addition, she sings, talks a lot, plays with toys patiently, and I can see my baby's fine motor skills improve immensely.
