Hello, my family is moving to Palo Alto later this summer. Can someone recommend a real estate agent, relocation service, or other individual/company who could help us find a house to rent? We want to work with someone who knows the Palo Alto market well and could identify and negotiate a good rental situation for our family. We are willing to pay what is reasonable, e.g. a fixed fee, a month's rent, etc.
