I am Asia, 26 years old (female) and I am from Germany with Italian origins. I started working as a predoctoral researcher at Stanford (Econ) and need new housing starting from the 14th of August.
Some words about myself:
I am an Economics postgrad and highly passionate about family and gender issues. I have a lot of hobbies, which mainly include sports such as indoor cycling, skiing and going to the gym. I read a lot, but also love to watch tons of netflix tv shows. Also, I am very passionate about food, especially sweets, which is why I like to try out new restaurants/cafés or cook by myself. I like to hang out with friends, to meet new people and to learn about new cultures.
I have been living on my own for a long time now, as I moved from city to city due to my studies. Generally, I am a very quiet person at home and value a calm environment really much. Cleanliness is also very important for me in order to feel comfortable in a home. In my previous and current shared flats, we all valued our privacy, but came together as friends on some evenings to cook or drink something in company. Working as a graduate student at Stanford will not only keep me very busy but includes fixed income, which ensures my monthly rent and pay for utilities.
I am fully vaccinated and follow COVID precautions.
